  • Loads are pneumatically brought into a suspended state (balance) for easy and infinitely variable handling
  • Impressive compact design combined with high load capacity
  • Suitable for installation in a wide variety of rail systems
  • Maximum operating pressure of 6 bar.
  • Up to 3600 mm working radius as standard.
  • Up to 1800 mm working lift, infinitely adjustable.
  • One control circuit, one working circuit, one brake circuit.
  • Overpressure safety valve adjustable to user-specific pressure.

  • Enables ‘weightless’ handling and lifting
  • Repositioning of individual and bulk parts of various loads
  • Optimal material handling at the workplace
  • A pneumatic cylinder is pressurized with compressed air and transfers the force to the two cables using the pulley principle

Various operating modes available

  • Manual constant balancing control:
  • If the same load is always being moved, the corresponding weight can be set via a valve
  • Weight balancing is activated by pressing a button after gripping
  • Manual variable balancing control:
  • If different individual parts with varying weights are being picked up, the weight balancing can also be adjusted manually each time the load is picked up.

Safety features

  • Anti-Jump: If the load breaks away, the device remains in its position
  • Anti-Drop: If there is a sudden drop in pressure, the device remains in its position
  • Overload protection: Safety valve prevents the lifting of excessively heavy loads
